Today's regimen, in plain pharmacist English.

Interaction warnings

Flags the supplements that don't mix — calcium with iron, magnesium oxide with antibiotics — sourced from published references.

Streak tracking, without shame

See what you actually took, not what you wished you took. Missed a day is a missed day — and a missed day is fine.

How-you-feel correlation

Three taps each evening — sleep, energy, mood. Over weeks PillBox notices if magnesium correlates with better sleep.

Doctor-export PDF

One tap, one page, clinically formatted. Bring your real regimen — with dosages and timing — to your annual physical.

04 · Interactions

The things bottles don't tell you.

Patient information insert · WRN-014

Calcium and iron compete for absorption. Take them 2 hours apart.

When taken together, calcium reduces iron uptake by an estimated 50–60%. PillBox watches your schedule and quietly suggests a 2-hour buffer — no popups, no panic.

Calcium 500 mg · 08:00
Iron 18 mg · 08:00

PillBox notices these for you.

05 · What we don't do

PillBox doesn't sell supplements. We're not affiliated with any brand. We won't recommend NAD+ or AG1 to you. We just log what you take.

06 · FAQ

Clinical answers.

Does PillBox sell supplements?
No. PillBox doesn't sell supplements. We're not affiliated with any brand and we don't take referral fees. We just log what you take.
Can I scan supplement bottles?
Yes. Point your phone at the label and PillBox reads the name, dosage and serving size. You confirm the entry before it's added — nothing is logged without your tap.
Is this medical advice?
No. PillBox is a tracking tool, not a clinician. Interaction warnings are sourced from published pharmacological references (Drugs.com, Lexicomp), but anything you change in your regimen should be discussed with your physician.
Where does the "how you feel" correlation come from?
From your own daily logs. Each evening PillBox asks how you slept, your energy, your mood — three taps, ten seconds. Over weeks it surfaces which supplements correlate (positively or negatively) with those scores. We're careful to say correlation, not causation.
What's free, what's paid?
Free: track up to 5 supplements, daily reminders, doctor-export PDF. Paid ($2.99/month): unlimited supplements, interaction warnings, and the how-you-feel correlation reports. Cancel from your phone settings — no email forms.
Will my data be sold?
No. We don't sell or share regimen data, and we never will. Exports go to you (PDF) and only on your request.
